Delivery

We deliver to UK mainland addresses on a next-day chilled service for a flat rate of £6. Orders are made fresh and dispatched on our next production day. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly or the Channel Islands.

Someone should be available to receive the parcel. Please refrigerate everything immediately on arrival.

Cancellations

Because our products are fresh and perishable, the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once your order has been made. You can cancel before we start preparing your order by contacting us.

Problems with your order

If your order arrives damaged, warm, late or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
