Delivery, storage, cooking and allergens.
Delivery
Next-day chilled delivery is a £6 flat rate to UK mainland addresses.
UK mainland. We can’t currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly or the Channel Islands, because we can’t guarantee next-day chilled delivery there.
Orders are packed in insulated packaging with ice packs and sent on a next-day service so they arrive chilled. Please put everything in the fridge as soon as it arrives.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number and we’ll sort out a replacement or refund. See our Delivery & Refunds page.
Storage & freezing
Keep refrigerated at 0–5°C and use by the date on the pack.
Yes — freeze on the day of delivery. Defrost fully in the fridge before cooking and use within 24 hours. Never refreeze once defrosted.
Cooking
Grill, BBQ or pan-fry over a medium heat for 15–20 minutes, turning regularly, until piping hot all the way through with no pink meat (core temperature 75°C).
Grill, BBQ or pan-fry over a medium heat for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway, until cooked through with juices running clear.
No — all our products are raw and must be cooked thoroughly before eating.
